Yes! The app registration, contest and support for sustainability projects are totally free.

No, the registration to the contest is done separately and later at the discretion of the user.

There are many activities you can do on the app, such as voting for competing posts, sowing Seeds in sustainable projects and informing yourself about sustainable issues.

You can participate for free by posting your thematic photo.

The prize awarded to the winner may vary depending on the contest. See the Contest section for more information.

Go to the “Contest” section, click on “Join” and follow the steps for publishing the post.

Each contest has a total duration of one month, and provides an initial period for the publication of content of 15 days, and a subsequent period for voting and awarding another 15 days.

No specific format is required. Note that the post is displayed vertically.

You can delete the post from your profile, but you cannot participate in the same contest again by posting another post.

There is no limit to the number of contests you can participate in. On the contrary, once you finish the current one, we are waiting for you in the next!

The jury is composed of all users of Taiao who vote for the content in competition with the Stars.

When the voting phase begins, you will receive a notification with the number of Stars available to you that you can award.

The winner is the user who has obtained more Stars when the contest countdown reaches zero. In the case of an equal number of Stars received, the user who has obtained the most comments wins. In the event of an equal number of comments, the user who registered for the app first wins.

At the email address in user Account, the winner receives a communication containing a request for information and the terms to provide it. We understand that this is an additional activity for the winner, but it is necessary for the award to be fair and transparent to the entire community.

Taiao purchases the sustainable initiative by providing evidence of subsequent implementation in the project sheet.
